Fees and availability

I work with a small number of individuals and organisations at any one time. This allows the work to be approached with care, attention and seriousness, and ensures that each engagement has the space it needs.

Fees

Fees reflect the seniority and nature of the work, the responsibility involved and the experience I bring.

Rather than publishing fixed prices, fees are discussed once we have had an initial conversation and agreed what would be most useful. This allows the work to be shaped properly and avoids forcing complex situations into standard packages.

I am always clear about scope and expectations before any work begins.

Availability

Lilywood is a deliberately small practice, and availability is therefore limited.

I am selective about the work I take on and will always be open if I am not the right person to help. When the fit is right, I commit time, attention and discretion to the work.

A first conversation

If you are interested in exploring working together, the best place to start is a short, informal conversation. That allows us to test whether the fit feels right on both sides before making any commitments.
